Voopoo Argus G2 VS Argus P2: The Comparison

Today I will be doing a comparison between  Voopoo Argus G2  and  Voopoo Argus P2  .

To avoid boring you, I will first start by presenting the technical differences between the two products and then I will give my personal considerations after having tested and reviewed both.

Argus G2 VS Argus P2: Personal Opinion

As you can see,  the Voopoo Argus G2  and  Argus P2  have very similar features.

Personally,  I find myself getting along well with both  and I consider them to be some of the best Pod Mods produced by Voopoo.

Credit goes primarily to the new Argus Top Fill  , which, while similar in flavor to previous Argus Pod cartridges, has  the significant advantage of not losing liquid and producing very little condensation .

In terms of aroma  , the only difference I noticed compared to the older Argus cartridges is that the vapor tends to be  more intense  , while the aroma remains very similar.

The duration of the resistance  has also been improved: I easily reached  80 ml per resistance  , with specific liquids for Pods without any problems.

With both  the Argus G2  and  Argus P2, you can also use  the Argus Pod tip with replaceable resistors (ITO), but I specifically recommend the new Argus Top Fill  , for the convenience of not having to worry about liquid leakage.

As for  the difference in aromatic performance between  the Argus G2 and P2  ,  there is no difference  : the performance is practically identical, as is the shot, which is very similar when given the same air regulation.

It is important to note that the aromatic performance of these Argus  tends to be sweet  , which is typical of Voopoo vapes.

The main differences  between the Argus G2 and Argus P2 relate to  battery life and ergonomics:

Battery life

The Argus G2’s battery drains faster  due to the on-screen graphic animations, which unfortunately cannot be turned off.

This makes  the Argus G2  ‘s  1000mAh battery more  like a  700-800mAh battery  , an incredible fact since the autonomy varies depending on the resistance and the power used. That’s just to give an example.

It’s a shame that the animations can’t be turned off,  as the Argus G2 would have had longer battery life without these cosmetic touches.

As a result,  the Argus P2 ‘s battery  lasts longer than  the Argus G2’s  .

Ergonomics

While  the Argus G2  has a shorter battery life,  it excels in terms of ergonomics  .

It is a bit lighter than the P2 and is very comfortable to hold and carry.

In contrast, the Argus P2 has a more boxy shape that I personally find less comfortable, although this is entirely personal preference.

In short  ,  both Pod Mods have their strengths  and choosing between the two will come down to your personal priorities regarding battery life and ease of use.

So… who won?

Ultimately, both  the Voopoo Argus G2  and  Argus P2  prove to be excellent Pod Mods: reliable and top-notch in vaping performance, both offering the ability to adjust wattage and firing to your preference.

The final choice largely depends on which aspect you prefer:  if you’re willing to sacrifice a bit of battery life for better ergonomics, the Argus G2 might be the ideal choice.

Conversely, if you want longer battery life but a less ergonomic shape, the Argus P2 might better suit your needs.
