Warranty Policy

All our electronic cigarette devices come with a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. dropping, water damage)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Consumable parts such as coils, pods, and e-liquid

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to determine whether the product is defective and whether it is covered under this warranty policy.
