Product Exchange Policy

We value our customers and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Only defective or wrongly shipped products are eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Opened e-liquid cartridges or used devices due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Items damaged by misuse or unauthorized modification.

Exchange Process:

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, a replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping Fees:
